Beeswax is a 100% natural product. It is derived from the same source as honey, therefore, when they burn, they fill the room with the scent of honey.
Beeswax candles burn extraordinarily bright. They are smokeless, and last much longer than any other wax candles.
Another interesting characteristic of beeswax candles, is the bloom which appears after a few days of the candles having been made, giving a dull, powdery look to the surface of the candles. A lot of people love that feature. In any case, it can be removed with a few strokes of a soft cloth, which restores the candle to its original shine.
These candles are very high quality. The original colonists burned them on very special occasions. Thousands of bayberries are picked and boiled, then the wax is skimmed from the top of the pot, and collected. We have hand-dipped every single candle. We know you will love them.
